Individual Workout Packages:
Designed for athletes who desire intense, focused individualized 1-on-1 training. 4 week or 8 week program/ 8 or 16 individual workouts Athletes train two days per week, one hour per session Sessions are individually formulated to fit each player and his/her sport(s) and ability. Cost: $395 (4 week program)

Group Workout Packages: Designed for similar age/gender athletes who desire intense, specifically focused small group training (Minimum of 3 per group). 4 week or 8 week program/ 8 or 16 group workouts Athletes train two days per week, one hour per session. Sessions are specifically formulated to fit each group's age, gender, skill level, and sport(s). Cost: $295 per person (4 week program)
$500 per person (8 week program)
Single Session Workout Rates: (all sessions one hour) 1 athlete: $50 2 athletes: $80 ($40/person) 3 athletes: $105 ($35/person) 4 athletes: $120 ($30/person)
