Rusty Burke, 10+ years of Speed/ Agility experience brings to PSA the following agenda to help improve your young athlete's ability in:
  • Running Technique
  • Lateral Movememnt
  • Explosion
  • Foot Speed
  • Improved Running Times
  • Sport Specific Strength and Speed Training

Individual Workout Packages:
  • Designed for athletes who desire intense, focused individualized 1-on-1 training.
  • 4 week or 8 week program/ 8 or 16 individual workouts
  • Athletes train two days per week, one hour per session
  • Sessions are individually formulated to fit each player and his/her sport(s) and ability.
  • Cost: $395 (4 week program)
                $700 (8 week program)


Group Workout Packages:
  • Designed for similar age/gender athletes who desire intense, specifically focused small group training (Minimum of 3 per group).
  • 4 week or 8 week program/ 8 or 16 group workouts
  • Athletes train two days per week, one hour per session.
  • Sessions are specifically formulated to fit each group's age, gender, skill level, and sport(s).
  • Cost: $295 per person (4 week program)
                $500 per person (8 week program)


Single Session Workout Rates: (all sessions one hour)
  • 1 athlete: $50
  • 2 athletes: $80 ($40/person)
  • 3 athletes: $105 ($35/person)
  • 4 athletes: $120 ($30/person)
